Starting as a pop-up from the Australian-American couple behind The District Fishwife, On Toast brought the long-time Aussie favorite Avo Toast to Union Market, and has since grown to include numerous riffs on traditional toasts and sandwiches from our childhoods.

With On A Roll, we've added flavors from Ben's hometown of Chicago, including a classic Italian Beef and Chicago-style hot dogs with Vienna Beef dogs.
